Matchamama’s ambition is to be the highest exponent of fusion cuisine in Lisbon, with strong Asian and Peruvian influences, offering its visitors several unique experiences in the same meal.

 

The creation of its identity obeys to this concept and arises from a strong, almost passionate connection between Asian and Andean cuisine, visually represented by the interconnection of some of the cultural symbols and people originating from these two sides of the world. It is a graphic universe of crossed themes that, accompanied by aromas, flavours and atmospheres, makes us travel.
