Currently, in Portugal, the availability of long-term care services for seniors does not meet the growing demand. SER steps in to fill this gap, offering care and accommodation services that go beyond expectations—featuring state-of-the-art facilities, a personalized approach, and a strong focus on dignity and quality of life.
With an ambitious expansion plan and the continuous improvement of its facilities, came the need to evolve as a brand.
Alfred Creative embraced this mission by developing a comprehensive branding strategy and crafting the SER identity from scratch—from naming to the brand’s application across all communication channels—always anchored in the brand’s commitment to care for people in a humane, personalized, and dignified way.
The logo was designed to feature a unique center, symbolizing each person’s individuality, with rounded edges referencing the circles used throughout the communication, representing the idea of placing the person at the center of everything.
The brand’s color palette and visual extensions draw from the essence of SER—proximity, personalization, attention to detail, care, and excellence.
