Located by the beach in Carcavelos, Vírgula is a new restaurant overlooking the ocean, born from the same owner and mind as Hífen in Cascais, and although it stands as a more laid-back extension of its sister brand, Vírgula also carries a refined and sophisticated touch.

From the very first conversations, Alfred Creative was involved as a partner in shaping what Vírgula would become, building its identity from scratch, from concept to full visual application.

The identity was designed to capture the essence of the space: a moment to slow down and pause amid the rush of everyday life. In Vírgula, the pause is more than a break, it’s an invitation to enjoy the present. Because sometimes, all you need is a comma: brief, simple, and essential.
